Job SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Gardener & Property Maintenance Specialist to join our team. You will maintain the beauty, health, and safety of our outdoor spaces. This role requires physical stamina, experience with landscaping equipment, and a passion for outdoor work.Duties and Responsibilities

- Perform regular lawn care including mowing, edging, and fertilizing.
- Plant, prune, weed, and water gardens and flower beds.
- Identify and treat plant pests and diseases.
- Maintain clean walkways, driveways, and patios using leaf blowers and pressure washers.
- Operate and maintain tools like trimmers, chainsaws, and mowers safely.
- Transparent debris, leaves, and snow according to seasonal needs.
- Perform minor outdoor repairs on fences, gates, or irrigation systems.

Requirements and Qualifications




- Proven experience as a gardener, landscaper, or groundskeeper.
- Strong knowledge of plant care, pruning techniques, and soil health.
- Ability to operate heavy landscaping machinery and power tools safely.
- Physical capability to lift up to [50 lbs] and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred).
