Responsibilities

- Operate laundry machines and equipment safely and efficiently to process linens, towels, uniforms, and other hotel textiles
- Sort laundry items according to color, fabric type, and cleaning requirements before washing
- Ensure all laundry is cleaned to high standards of hygiene and presentation
- Fold, press, and organize clean laundry for distribution to various departments or guest rooms
- Maintain cleanliness of the laundry area, including equipment and storage spaces




- Follow established safety procedures and proper handling techniques for cleaning chemicals
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring supplies and notifying management when stock levels are low

Qualifications

- Previous experience in hotel laundry services or similar cleaning roles is preferred
- Knowledge of laundry equipment operation and maintenance
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and hygiene standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety protocols
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
