Skills required

· Excellent customer service and English communication skills

· Knowledge of standard cleaning procedures, cleaning solutions and equipment

· Experience in managing a team size of 6+ employees

· Willingness to attend training sessions

· Driver’s license and clean abstract

· Background check

· Evening & Nights availability & adaptable for weekdays and weekends

· WHMIS – we can help!

· CPR/First Aid an asset

· Strip and Wax experience an asset

· Operation of a burnisher and auto scrubber an asset





· Carpet & upholstery cleaning experience an asset

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Janitorial cleaning

· Commercial cleaning

· Client interactions

· Staff Management; training, ensuring locations staffed as scheduled, job duties completed, etc.

· Inventory management; Supplies requests and fulfillment

· Maintain a clean and safe warehouse/ garage

· Covering cleaning shifts as needed
