As part of LGC’s dynamic Talent Acquisition team, you will source, screen, and manage candidates, while ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders. Your communication skills and attention to detail will support our mission of Science for a Safer World. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct intake meetings to define recruitment needs
- Source candidates using various channels, including LinkedIn
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate conversations




- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Maintain applicant records in SmartRecruiters ATS Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment within life sciences or technical fields
- Familiarity with ATS, preferably SmartRecruiters
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Solid communication and relationship-building abilities
