Licensed Automotive Mechanic (310S)

CK Auto – Chatham, Ontario Full-time, permanent Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

CK Auto is a locally owned and operated repair shop that has proudly served Chatham-Kent since 2005. We are looking for a dependable, licensed 310S Mechanic to join our team.

Both newly licensed and experienced mechanics are encouraged to apply. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who takes pride in doing the job right, can work independently, and wants to grow into a key role within an established local business.

What You’ll Do

- Diagnose mechanical problems and determine the repairs required.
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on light-duty personal and commercial vehicles.
- Inspect, test, and road-test vehicles to confirm concerns and completed repairs.
- Complete assigned work safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

What We’re Looking For





- Valid Ontario 310S Automotive Service Technician licence.
- Newly licensed and experienced mechanics are welcome.
- Practical knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and general repairs.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and work independently.
- Dependable, safety-minded, and committed to quality workmanship.
- Valid driver’s licence and satisfactory driving record.
- Own tools for general automotive repairs.
