Oxford Milkway Transport Co-Op is hiring licensed 310T Truck & Coach Technicians or 310J Trailer Technicians to join our maintenance team in Woodstock or Mitchell. We operate a fleet of trucks and trailers supporting dairy transportation across Southwestern Ontario.

This hands-on role focuses on keeping our equipment safe, compliant, and running efficiently through maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain, diagnose, and repair trailers, milk pumps, and related equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, adjustments, and component replacements.
- Inspect brakes, suspension, steering, wheel bearings, safety devices, and other key systems.
- Identify parts, document repairs, and note warrantable work on work orders.
- Use shop tools, diagnostic equipment, welding equipment.
- Follow MTO requirements, company procedures, and safe work practices.

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes:
- Licensed 310T Truck & Coach Technician or licensed 310J Trailer Technician required.
- Experience with trucks, trailers, diesel engines, air brakes, suspension, and fleet equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Safety-focused, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.




- Able to use computer-based work order systems.
- Physically able to work under trucks and trailers and safely handle heavy parts.
- Milk pump and stainless tank experience is an asset.
- Personal tools required; annual tool allowance provided.
- AZ licence preferred, but not required.
