Duties

- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Cook menu items with precision, ensuring timely delivery during busy service hours
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Support the kitchen team by managing food handling procedures and storage protocols
- Ensure all food served is fresh, properly cooked, and visually appealing




- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to uphold a safe working environment

Requirements

- Prior experience in food service or restaurant kitchens preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key
- Knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and meal assembly
- Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude and good communication
- Basic understanding of serving procedures and customer service principles is a plus
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality in all tasks
