Position: Line Cook – Yates Street

Our Yates Street team is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Line Cooks to join our kitchen.

Responsibilities include:

- Opening and closing the kitchen
- Setting up, stocking, and maintaining the line for daily service
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting menu items according to Bin 4 recipes and quality standards
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and workstations
- Assisting with food preparation and inventory as needed




- Working collaboratively with the kitchen team during busy service periods

Qualifications

- Food Safe Level 1 certification is an asset
