Cedar Inn Motel is looking for a dependable, hands-on Live-In Manager (Older Management Couple) to run daily operations, maintain the facility, and deliver exceptional service to our short- and long-term guests.

Key Responsibilities -Front Desk & Admin: Manage check-ins/outs, phone bookings, OTA reservations, and daily cash reconciliations.

- Property Upkeep: Perform routine maintenance, minor repairs, and seasonal groundskeeping
- Housekeeping Oversight: Supervise cleaning staff, conduct quality inspections, manage inventory,



and step in to clean rooms during peak periods.
- On-Call Support: Serve as the primary contact for after-hours guest assistance and emergency response.

Requirements

- Practical hands-on skills in basic building maintenance and repair.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean background check.
- No Experience Necesarry

Must reside on-site at Cedar Inn Motel Prefer a Elder Couple over 50 years old

Pay: $2,900.00 per month
