Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Live-in Caregiver to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals in need of personal care and daily living support within their home workplace. Duties

- Provide personalized caregiving services that promote independence and enhance quality of life for clients living at home
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and medication management
- Support children with developmental needs by engaging in educational activities, play, and early childhood learning routines
- Monitor health status, recognize signs of distress or discomfort, and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals as needed
- Create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment by maintaining household organization and hygiene standards
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients to foster a positive living experience




- Collaborate with family members or other caregivers to ensure consistent care plans are followed

Requirements

- Prior experience working with children or individuals with disabilities is highly desirable
- Strong caregiving skills complemented by patience, empathy, and excellent communication abilities
- Classroom experience or background in early childhood education is a plus
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting or assisting with mobility as required
- Valid certifications in caregiving or first aid are preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain necessary training is expected
- Demonstrated ability to follow detailed care instructions and adapt to individual needs
- Flexibility to work in a live-in setting with a commitment to providing continuous support
