Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Tracking and Tracing Coordinator to join our transportation team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with tracking and tracing systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Track and monitor active shipments
- Communicate load status updates
- Provide shipment updates to customers and internal teams
- Identify and report delays, issues, or service concerns
- Update load status information in the system
- Maintain accurate shipment records and notes
- Support dispatch and operations as needed

Qualifications

- Experience in transportation, logistics, or customer service preferred
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Reliable and detail-oriented

Hours

- Monday to Friday (weekends as needed)
- 8am-6pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $36,011.93-$70,041.25 per year

Ability to commute/relocate

- Mississauga, ON L5L 5Y7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
