Your focus will be on preventative and corrective maintenance tasks that ensure the reliability and safety of equipment, while minimizing downtime. - Coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance across properties
- Manage and prioritize maintenance work order schedules
- Perform general building repairs,



including plumbing and electrical work
- Assist in landscaping and seasonal property upkeep
- Administer the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Requirements:
- Minimum three years experience in commercial maintenance
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver's Licence
