ChainLine Cycle is a rider-owned, full-service bike shop in Kelowna, serving the mountain bike, road, gravel, commuter, and e-bike community since 2009. We carry Transition, Pivot, Knolly, Marin, Salsa, Surly, Bianchi, Moots, and Revel, and our team rides the same trails our customers do — Smith Creek, SilverStar, and everything in between.

The role

We're looking for a full-time team member to join our growing shop, covering both service and sales across mountain, road, commuter, and e-bike categories. You'll work directly with customers, build and repair bikes to a high standard, and help keep ChainLine running as the kind of shop riders trust.

What you'll do

- Diagnose, repair, and tune bikes across mountain, road, gravel, commuter, and e-bike platforms
- Assist customers on the sales floor with fit, product knowledge, and purchase decisions
- Build and prep new bikes for delivery
- Keep the shop and workspace clean, organized,



and safety-compliant
- Support point-of-sale and inventory processes (Lightspeed)

What we're looking for

- Prior experience as a bike mechanic and/or bike shop sales associate
- Comfort working across multiple bike categories, including e-bikes
- Robust communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work full-time, including some weekends
- Must reliably commute or plan to relocate to Kelowna, BC V1Y 1Z5 before starting
