In this influential role you will provide technical expertise to set the framework on how Paladin Canada delivers large-scale projects.The role spans the full project lifecycle: FEED completion, engineering optimization, permitting support, construction, commissioning, handover to operations, and the establishment of enduring project management systems.Reporting to the Director, Health, Safety, Environment and Regulatory Relations, this role oversees the Integrated Management System (IMS) and is responsible for delivering the project in compliance with the IMS while driving a solid safety culture of continuous improvement through all Project execution phases.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement and maintain the integrated management system aligned with CNSC requirements and relevant standardsEstablish the management of change processes for multi-disciplinary teams through all Project phasesProvide expertise in risk management, inspection and audit and the management of change processesChampion a strong safety culture and provide technical expertise in risk managementImplement the management system and track performance against objectives and targetsProvide technical expertise in database management for document control and the non-conformance and corrective action processes to track incidents, audit findings and the corrective / preventive actionsSkills, Knowledge and ExpertiseTo be successful in the role,
