Elevate imaging services at Insight Medical Imaging as a Full-Time MRI Technologist at Meadowlark Clinic. Deliver crucial diagnostic support and patient comfort in a dynamic environment.
This role offers a 6-month contract with potential extension, focusing on numerous MRI procedures and the use of advanced equipment. Ideal for candidates with solid MRI knowledge, you will ensure the safety and quality of operations while assisting with staff training. Work Monday to Friday from 10:00am to 6:00pm while enjoying a supportive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and execute MRI procedures per Radiologist protocols
• Manage and maintain MRI equipment effectively
• Conduct monthly quality assurance and system checks




• Ensure patient safety and cleanliness in the MRI area
• Train new staff and students on protocols and safety
Requirements:
• Registered or eligible with the ACMDTT/CAMRT
• CPR certified for emergency response
• Knowledge of MRI contrast agents and venipuncture
• Strong troubleshooting skills for equipment issues
• Excellent communication skills with patients and staff
