In the absence of the Director of Resident Care,



the ADRC assumes their management responsibilities and takes overall operational responsibility for the home when both the Director and Administrator are absent.EducationPost Secondary DegreeExperience RequiredQualifications:Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) and/or Diploma in NursingCertificate in DRC/ADRC course or similar nursing management course preferredRegistered Nurse with current certificate of competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario with no restrictionsMinimum of five years experience in a nursing managerial role, preferably in a long-term careLong-term care experienceCurrent Criminal Record Check with a Vulnerable Sector Screening that is satisfactory to the County of MiddlesexCompensation And Perks$67.57 - $79.05 per hour/ $122,977.40 - $143, 871 per annum #J-18808-Ljbffr
