Role Description

The Manager, Supply Chain & Supplier Success is a full-time, on-site role based in Boucherville, QC. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain activities, including demand planning, procurement, supply management, and inventory control to ensure timely and reliable delivery of goods and services. The manager will build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, monitor supplier performance, negotiate contracts, and drive continuous improvement in supplier quality and reliability.



Day-to-day tasks include analyzing supply chain data, forecasting needs, optimizing inventory levels, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and resolving supply issues to support smooth operations. The role also involves developing processes, reporting on key performance indicators, and leading initiatives that align supply chain practices with Accord Humain’s commitment to efficient, respectful organizational environments.
