Agilus Work Solutions is recruiting a permanent Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy, brand presence, and community engagement initiatives for a high-profile mixed-use retail destination in Victoria.

How You Will Make An Impact

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer traffic, and tenant engagement
- Manage all social media channels, including content creation, publishing, and community engagement
- Create and coordinate digital and print marketing materials, including signage, newsletters, and promotional content
- Plan and deliver events, activations, and community initiatives that enhance the customer experience
- Partner with tenants, vendors, and internal teams to support promotions and marketing objectives
- Manage paid advertising campaigns, including media planning, copywriting, and performance analysis




- Monitor marketing analytics and prepare reports with recommendations for continuous improvement
- Maintain and elevate the property's brand presence through creative design, placemaking initiatives, and on-site experiences

Successful Candidates Will Have

- 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, brand management, or a related field, preferably within retail, commercial real estate, or mixed-use environments
- Proven experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional media
- Strong social media management skills, including content creation, community engagement, and performance analysis
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro or equivalent) and experience creating marketing collateral
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns, budgets, and marketing analytics to drive measurable results
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
- A creative, innovative mindset with a keen eye for design, branding, customer experience, and placemaking initiatives
