As NexHealth transforms how healthcare professionals deliver care and patients experience it, our internal systems must deliver top‐tier quality and customer value at high velocity. Your team will be responsible for building these systems from first principles—prototyping, productionizing solutions, and creating the rising tide that lifts all boats. This role will be based out of Toronto or Vancouver and embraces a hybrid working model that balances remote and onsite work.What You'll DoSet the technical and cultural tone for the first Canadian engineering team and lead expansion north of the borderHire and develop world‐class engineers to build a high‐performing teamSupport engineers in career growth through mentorship, feedback, and leadership developmentEnsure high technical standards through sound processes (e.G., architecture reviews, testing) and a strong engineering culturePartner with engineering and product leadership to define and execute long‐term platform roadmapsCoordinate execution and collaborate across teams to deliver cross‐cutting,

The range listed is just the base salary component of NexHealth's total compensation package for employees.
