Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Massage Therapist to join our wellness team! Responsibilities

- Perform skilled massage therapy sessions tailored to each client’s needs, including techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or aromatherapy massages
- Assess client conditions and discuss treatment goals to develop customized therapy plans
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by adhering to sanitation and safety standards
- Communicate clearly with clients about treatment procedures, benefits, and aftercare instructions
- Keep detailed records of each session, including client preferences and progress notes




- Stay informed about new massage techniques and industry best practices through ongoing education
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and ensuring their comfort throughout each session

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a licensed Massage Therapist with valid certification or licensing as required by local regulations
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to health conditions and massage therapy benefits
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients in a professional manner
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatments and listen actively to client needs
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience with various massage techniques is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is valued
