Lightbound 3D is adding a contract photographer to our GTA roster.

You'd visit our real estate and rental properties, capture a full Matterport tour of the interior, and shoot clean exterior photos. Most properties run 500–4,000 SF and take a couple of hours on site. You set your own availability — this is a strong fit if you're already shooting in the GTA and want steady add-on income between your own bookings.

What we're looking for

- Proven real estate photography experience — interiors and exteriors
- Comfortable with lockboxes, showing protocols, and accessing vacant units
- Strong people skills — you'll be dealing with agents, tenants, and property managers
- Well-dressed and skilled on site, every time
- Reliable vehicle and GTA-wide availability
- Matterport Pro2 or newer preferred — if you don't have one, we can supply the camera

The work




- Paid per property project — flat rate covers standard homes from 500 to 4,000 SF
- Consistent volume across our portfolio, not a one-off gig
- Simple process: we schedule, you capture and upload, we handle the rest
