Elevate the client experience with Raffi Jewellers as a Luxury Brand Trainer. Lead onboarding and develop training initiatives for sales excellence in luxury watches and jewelry.
This role is essential to the ongoing development of the sales team at Raffi Jewellers. You will facilitate current hire onboarding, maintain the Raffi Academy Training Portal, and deliver training on luxury client engagement. Additionally, you'll collaborate with brand partners to ensure Sales Associates receive up-to-date training and support their growth through ongoing education.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate onboarding, ensuring complete training in policies
• Maintain and update Raffi Academy Training content
• Deliver training on the Selling Ceremony and luxury service




• Partner with brands for product knowledge sessions
• Manage GIA training, profiles, and certification processes
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in Training or Learning Development
• 3-5 years in Sales experience
• Diploma in Human Resources or related field
• Background in luxury retail or client-focused environments
• Strong communication and presentation skills
