Company: Finning Canada Number of Openings: 1 Worker Type: Permanent Position Overview: Our Elkford Finning facility is looking for a Field Operations Manager who has previous experience successfully managing teams in a shop and/or a field environment. The Field Operations Manager is responsible for managing all field customer interactions and communications in conjunction with effectively managing and scheduling service work and resources to meet customer expectations for equipment service and maintenance and accountable for overseeing the end-to-end service process including time entry for field operations. The expected pay range for this position is between 125-145K. Actual salary will be based on the successful candidate's experience. This position is located on the customer site in Elkford on a Monday – Friday (5x2) shift schedule.Job DescriptionSafety leadership – lead, demonstrate and champion a healthy and safe work environment ensuring that all safety standards, policies, procedures and compliance requirements are communicated, implemented and followedPeople Leadership – responsible for the day-to-day leadership of staff, including recruitment, orientation, coaching, mentoring, employee engagement, and performance feedback and supporting growth and development opportunitiesResult Management – responsible for reviewing results daily, weekly and monthly with direct report including managing SWIPVelocity Management – responsible for bridging customer interaction with repair execution by working with the field service supervisor(s) for scheduling priories in field and dispatchingSpecific SkillsDemonstrated effective leadership and supervisory skillsStrong decision making and problem solving skillsStrong communication skills to engage,
