Reporting to the Program Lead/Support Services Coordinator, this position provides direct support to adults in recovery and helps maintain a safe, respectful, and recovery-focused residence. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate, dependable professional who is committed to wellness, recovery, and culturally secure support services.Qualifications include:Grade 12 or equivalent (post-secondary human services education is an asset)Experience in recovery, addictions, mental health, or residential support settingsKnowledge of trauma-informed care, crisis intervention,
