The Opportunity
Rightway Recruitment is representing a growing mechanical contractor with a strong presence in Metro Vancouver's multi-family construction market. The company specializes in large-scale residential developments, delivering plumbing, hydronic, and mechanical systems on concrete high-rise projects throughout the Lower Mainland.
With multiple major developments currently underway, they are seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman to lead site operations and drive project execution from the field.
This is a true leadership role focused on planning, coordination, quality control, and crew management. Unlike many Foreman positions, this role is primarily focused on leading the project rather than working on the tools, allowing you to concentrate on manpower, productivity, scheduling, and successful project delivery.

Projects consist primarily of large-scale concrete tower developments, with opportunities to work on projects from the early stages of construction through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise plumbing crews on multi-family construction projects
- Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and site activities
- Work closely with Project Managers, consultants, and site teams
- Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, and project documentation
- Ensure installations meet quality, safety, and schedule requirements
- Manage productivity and labour allocation across the project
- Mentor apprentices,
Journeypersons, and Lead Hands
- Maintain daily reports, site documentation, and progress updates
What You Bring
- Red Seal Journeyperson Plumber certification
- 5+ years of supervisory, Lead Hand, or Foreman experience
- Strong knowledge of multi-family construction and concrete tower projects
- Experience managing crews, schedules, and site logistics
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Commitment to quality workmanship and safety
Compensation & Benefits
- Up to $62.00/hour depending on experience
