Medical Virtual Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator

We are a growing chiropractic office in Boynton Beach, Florida looking for a friendly, dependable, and professional Virtual Receptionist to become the first point of contact for our patients.

This person will answer incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, provide exceptional customer service, and help keep our office running smoothly. As the practice grows, there will be opportunities to learn additional responsibilities including insurance verification and medical billing.

This is a long-term position with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls professionally and warmly

Schedule recent patient appointments

Reschedule existing appointments

Return missed calls and voi cemail messages

Confirm appointments

Contact patients regarding scheduling changes

Answer Basic Questions About Our Office And Services Send text messages and email s to patients

Maintain accurate patient records

Coordinate with our office staff in Florida

Learn additional administrative tasks as needed

Experience Using Jane App Or Other Scheduling Software Medical billing experience (not required but a plus)

Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience with opportunities for raises as responsibilities increase.
