Company Description The Minded is a culturally centered, faith-based mental healthcare platform focused on serving people of color, children of immigrants, third culture individuals, and others seeking inclusive support. The organization is part of a new mental health movement that seeks to redefine existing mental health spaces to be more culturally driven and responsive.
Role Description: Volunteer, profit-share role. Not a salaried or hourly position, there is no base pay.
We are looking for international therapists/psychologists to help us develop culturally nuanced online mental health courses and programs for diverse diasporas, based on topics like shame, marriage, parenting, sex therapy, etc. Our goal is to build a mental health ecosystem that can be accessed outside the therapy office, by anyone and everyone.

The Mental Health Course Developer is a remote,
profit share role responsible for creating culturally sensitive, faith-informed mental health courses for diverse audiences. Day-to-day tasks include designing course outlines, developing instructional content in different languages, and building engaging modules that incorporate evidence-based mental health concepts and culturally relevant perspectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelors and Masters degree in education, psychology, social sciences, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Hold a skilled license to practice psychology, therapy, or some other form of mental health coaching in the country in which you reside.
- Strong communication skills, ability to speak to a camera freely.
- Passionate about fighting stigma in mental health across different societal contexts.
- The ability to speak 2 or more languages fluently.
