Our transportation client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (8+ years) to support enterprise migration initiatives using Jira and Azure DevOps (ADO)

Join a large-scale technology transformation supporting the enterprise migration to Jira within a consumer business environment. This role partners closely with business and technology teams to assess current processes, document requirements, support migration planning, and drive Jira adoption across the organization. The position requires hands-on business analysis across current-state workflows, stakeholder engagement, process mapping, and migration execution activities.

Must Haves

- 10+ years in Business Analysis across large technology transformation programs
- Platform migration , enterprise application migration , and tool migration initiatives
- Business process analysis , process mapping , workshop facilitation , and stakeholder interviews
- Agile delivery teams , BRDs , user stories , functional requirements , and UAT plans

Nice to Have

- Direct Jira implementation or migration experience
- Azure DevOps to Jira migration experience
- Experience configuring or administering Jira projects, workflows, dashboards, and reporting
- Knowledge of Atlassian ecosystem tools including Jira Software, Jira Plans, Confluence, and Xray
- CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile BA, or equivalent certification

Responsibilities





- Conduct interviews and workshops with business and technology teams to assess current processes and workflows
- Document current-state and future-state processes, requirements, and data mappings
- Analyze Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, and project delivery practices to identify gaps and dependencies
- Support migration activities from existing platforms into Jira
- Coordinate UAT activities and validate migrated workflows, records, and reporting data
- Facilitate workshops to align teams on workflows, taxonomy, standards, and governance
- Develop supporting documentation, training materials, and user guides for migration adoption
