This role is responsible for ensuring the timely, accurate, and compliant preparation of internal and external financial reports, supporting cash management activities, and driving effective collections processes.
Operating in a fast-paced and exciting environment, you will work closely with finance and operational teams to provide financial insights, maintain strong financial controls, and support the ongoing development of treasury and collections processes. The successful candidate will be expected to implement recent systems and tools, establish governance frameworks, and build out automated dunning processes to support a high-growth, PE-backed environment.This job posting is being used to fill an existing vacancy.What You DoTreasuryMonitor cash balances and support cash management activities to ensure adequate liquidity across all entities.Assist in preparing and maintaining cash-flow forecasts and monitor forecast accuracy against actual results.Support the identification and management of financial risks, including foreign exchange and interest rate exposures.Partner with the Senior Manager of Accounting on treasury activities, including cash optimization and funding requirements.Maintain relationships with banking partners and assist with banking administration, financing activities, and compliance requirements.CollectionsOversee day-to-day collections activities and leadership to the collection staff.Monitor accounts receivable aging and implement initiatives to improve collection effectiveness.Ensure compliance with company credit policies and applicable legal requirements.Prepare and analyze collections reporting, KPIs, and
