Role overview:

Missions

- Work closely with business stakeholders, Business Analysts, and development teams in an Agile environment
- Support the implementation of new projects and features within a complex information system used in investment banking
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies and collaborate daily with the team and Product Owner to deliver prioritized objectives
- Analyze, review, and simplify the architecture model supporting the equity business
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and collaborate with developers on implementation
- Apply strong analytical, technical, and communication skills to solve complex business problems
- Contribute ideas and improvements to internally developed software systems
- Develop a solid understanding of investment banking principles to support innovation and solution design

Profile





- 3 to 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst within an Investment Banking environment
- Strong understanding of investment banking activities, including trading desk operations and market transactions
- Ability to transform business functionalities into clear, structured requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a cross-functional Agile environment
- High level of curiosity and understanding of development environments
- Strong sense of initiative, ownership, and maturity
- Passion for technology, innovation, and continuous improvement

Nice to have

- Experience working with equity or derivatives trading systems
- Technical exposure to C#, RabbitMQ, SQL Server, Git, NuGet, Jenkins, TeamCity, or similar tools
- Prior experience working closely with development teams in an Agile/Scrum workplace
- Interest in software architecture and system design within financial services

LANGUAGE: Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, is a requirement as the person in this position will need to collaborate regularly with colleagues and partners in the United States.
