Overview

We are looking for a dependable, organized, and caring individual to provide morning (0700-1000) support for our family. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, is comfortable with children, and appreciates helping keep a household running smoothly.

The primary responsibility is ensuring our 7-year-old gets to school safely each morning, along with completing light household tasks before the end of the shift.

Responsibilities

Child Care

- Help ensure our child is ready for school.
- Walk our child to school (approximately a 15-minute walk each way).
- Ensure secure arrival at school each morning.
- Communicate any concerns or schedule changes.
- Assist child with morning routines, including preparing for school, , grooming, and hygiene

Light Household Duties
- Load and unload the dishwasher.
- Tidy the kitchen and main living areas.
- Wipe kitchen counters and dining table.
- Light sweeping or vacuuming of high-traffic areas.




- Help keep the home neat and organized.

Qualifications

- Previous experience with children, nannying, teaching, babysitting, or household assistance is an asset.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Current First Aid/CPR certification is an asset.
- Police Vulnerable Sector Check (or willingness to obtain one) is required.
- References.

- Trustworthy and respectful of our home.
- Physically able to walk approximately 30 minutes each morning in various weather conditions.
- Has own transportation.

We are looking for someone dependable who can become a valued part of our family’s morning routine. Pay: From $18.00 per hour
