Reports to: Schools and Groups Manager
Summary of Responsibilities
Reporting to the Schools and Groups Manager, the Sales & Administration Coordinator – School Programs is responsible for the sales and administration of school programs, with a focus on snowshoe tours, tubing, and tobogganing. The Coordinator works closely with the Schools and Groups Manager to support school bookings and ensure a positive experience for visiting groups, while helping grow Mt Seymour’s customer base.

Follow up on sales leads and booking opportunities to maximize reservations, and compile and maintain sales reports.
Support schools before and after their visit through phone and email communication, including making reservations, generating invoices, and processing transactions.
Maintain open communication with Outdoor Education, Snowplay, Guest Experience, and other departments to ensure program delivery aligns with sales commitments and update internal shared documents to maintain accurate information.
Greet schools upon arrival during peak periods and help direct them as needed; perform other related duties as needed.
Requirements
Enthusiastic about winter sports and outdoor activities
Previous sales and customer service experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and administrative abilities
Good organizational and time management skills
Experience with children’s programs and/or working in an educational setting is an asset
Knowledge of the winter recreation industry is an asset
Terms of Employment
Position Type: Seasonal, full-time
Wage:$22.50 per hour
Employment Period: September 14, 2026 to March 12, 2027
Schedule: Monday to Friday. Shifts typically start at around 8:30 AM. Working hours are expected to be:30-40 hours per week throughout the season
20-32 hours during the final week of employment (March 8 to 12)
