Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable Skilled Carpenter to join our dynamic team. As a carpenter, you will be responsible for performing a variety of carpentry tasks on residential projects. You will work alongside a team of professionals to complete projects efficiently and to the highest standards of craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to determine the materials and tools required.

- Perform all aspects of carpentry work including framing, finishing, and installing doors, windows, cabinetry, and trim.

- Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, and masonry work to support foundational and structural elements.

- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.

- Measure and cut materials with precision, ensuring quality control at all stages.

- Engage in heavy lifting and physical tasks required for site preparation and material handling.

- Ensure projects are completed safely, within budget, and on time.

- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to maintain effective communication.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment,



ensuring tools and materials are properly stored.

- Ability to work independently.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications

- Carpentry Trade Certificate/Red Seal Certificate or equivalent.

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- In-depth knowledge of carpentry techniques and tools.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

- Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to at least 50 lbs).

- Own set of tools preferred, but not required.

- Other safety qualifications are a plus.

Pay: $35.00-$50.00 per hour
