This Nurse
Practitioner role is part of a deeply collaborative team dedicated to providing outstanding neonatal healthcare. You will be integral in assessing and diagnosing patients, ordering tests, and managing treatments. With 1100 annual NICU admissions, your skills will directly affect newborn health outcomes across Southern Alberta. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive health services for neonatal patients
- Collaborate with a agile interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Assess, diagnose, and manage patient care effectively
- Support education and research initiatives within AHS
- Foster partnerships with patients and families in care Requirements:
- Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Active registration as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner in Alberta
- Minimum 2 years in a level III NICU setting
- Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS-HCP)
