Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Network Analyst for 6 month (potential extensions) onsite contract in Regina, Saskatchewan. The ideal candidate will have strong Cisco, Fortinet, Azure networking, enterprise architecture, and SCADA experience.
Skills & Qualifications:
Mandatory Requirements
Candidates must
- Have a minimum of five years of recent practical network administration and network design/architecture experience
- Hold a valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver's License or equivalent
- Be able to work full-time onsite in Regina, Saskatchewan
- Be able to travel outside Regina, including occasional overnight stays
- Participate in a one-week rotational on-call schedule
- Attend an in-person interview if shortlisted
Key Technical Skills Solid candidates should demonstrate experience with:
- VXLAN and BGP EVPN Spine and Leaf data center networks
- Advanced BGP and OSPF routing
- Cisco networking technologies including IOS, IOS-XE, and NX-OS
- Fortinet firewalls, switches, access points, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, and FortiNAC
- Microsoft Azure networking, including virtual networks, peering, route tables, Front Door, WAF, and NSGs
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
- Load balancers and web application firewalls
- Enterprise network security best practices
- LAN/WAN infrastructure implementation and support
- Integration of on-premises and cloud network environments
- ITIL and Change Management processes
- SCADA network environments
- LTE and satellite communications technologies
Experience within government, Crown corporation, utility, or Oil & Gas environments in North America is considered highly desirable.
