Techspirit Solutions is seeking an experienced

Network & Systems Administrator to manage and support business networks, servers, cloud systems, cybersecurity, and client IT environments.

Responsibilities

- Configure and manage firewalls, routers, switches, VLANs, VPNs, Wi-Fi, DNS and DHCP

- Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory and Windows environments

- Manage servers, workstations, backups and virtualization

- Deploy and support client networks and IT infrastructure

- Maintain endpoint security, MFA, patching and cybersecurity controls

- Troubleshoot network, server, cloud and connectivity issues

- Support IP cameras, NVR/VMS and security-system networking when required

- Onboard current clients, users and devices

- Maintain proper system documentation and network diagrams

- Work independently with clients,



vendors and field technicians

Requirements

- 3–5+ years of hands-on IT systems/network administration experience

- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, routing and switching

- Strong Microsoft 365 and Windows administration experience

- Experience with backups, endpoint security and remote-management tools

- MSP or multi-client IT experience preferred

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability

- CCNA, Network+, Microsoft, Fortinet or similar certifications are assets

Skills Assessment:

Shortlisted candidates will complete a practical technical assessment as part of the interview process.
