Long Point Eco-Adventures is seeking reliable and hard-working individuals to join our team! Night Wardens are responsible for overnight noise control, guest service, safety, cleaning, laundry, and maintenance needs on-site.

This is a dual-role position that combines Warden responsibilities with overnight cleaning and laundry duties. The successful applicant will have a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently while taking initiative. A willingness to assist guests and respond to issues as they arise is essential.

Night Warden responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Conduct regular in-person patrols of the property to monitor safety, security, and site conditions
- Respond to guest questions, requests, noise complaints, and other overnight concerns
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally, including after-hours inquiries and emergency calls, and take appropriate action when required
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting in guest accommodations and site facilities
- Complete overnight cleaning of guest areas, washrooms, common areas, and other facilities
- Complete laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels
- Keep cleaning, laundry, and site facilities clean, organized, and stocked
- Monitor the property for hazards, maintenance concerns, or other issues and resolve immediate concerns when possible
- Complete incident reports, nightly activity logs, and required cleaning and maintenance documentation
- Report outstanding concerns and key overnight information to the Onsite Manager
- Assist with emergency situations and follow established procedures




- Maintain a high level of customer service and communicate with guests and staff in a positive and professional manner
- Act as an ambassador for Long Point Eco-Adventures both on and off site
- Perform other duties as requested

Qualifications:
- Minimum High School Diploma required; preference given to those currently enrolled in or graduates of a recognized college/university
- Must be 19 years old on or before April 1st
- Able to work independently and stay productive throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable performing cleaning, laundry, and basic maintenance duties
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable engaging with guests
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to take initiative
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Current First Aid/CPR or willingness to obtain
- Previous cleaning, housekeeping, maintenance, hospitality, or security experience is an asset; no experience necessary

Additional Information: This position involves working both indoors and outdoors and requires the ability to perform physical duties and work in a variety of weather conditions.

If the site is empty with no overnight guests, Night Wardens may be called off for the night.

Schedule

11:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 8-hour overnight shifts

Weekdays, weekends, and holidays as required. Weekend availability is required.

Pay: $17.60-$19.50 per hour
