Atelier Cinq Quatorze is looking for an experienced Screen Printer to join our growing production team in Montreal.

We specialize in high-quality custom apparel for clothing brands, businesses, events, and promotional products. We're looking for someone who takes pride in producing clean, consistent prints and has experience working in a professional screen printing environment.

Responsibilities

- Operate manual and/or automatic screen printing presses
- Set up jobs, register screens, and prepare production runs
- Mix inks and match Pantone colors when required
- Print garments while maintaining consistent quality throughout production
- Set up and adjust flash units and dryer settings
- Perform quality control during production
- Clean screens, squeegees, and equipment after production
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient production area
- Work with the production team to meet daily deadlines

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional screen printing experience
- Experience operating manual and/or automatic presses
- Strong understanding of screen registration, off-contact,



pressure, and print techniques
- Knowledge of plastisol and water-based inks is an asset
- Ability to troubleshoot printing issues and maintain consistent print quality
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
