This full-time role emphasizes a person-centered approach, ensuring that the dining experiences meet the unique nutritional needs of each resident. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote quality living for all residents while maintaining compliance with regulations and budgetary guidelines. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a energetic food service team
- Customize menus based on resident nutritional plans
- Manage daily culinary operations efficiently
- Oversee vendor partnerships and community collaborations
- Ensure compliance with food safety and nutrition standards Requirements:
- Minimum three years of dietary experience required
- One year of leadership experience preferred
- Food Safety Handler’s Certificate necessary
- Membership with Canadian Society of Nutrition Management (ONTARIO ONLY)
