Current Ray Physiotherapy and Health Clinic is a large, brand-new, modern multidisciplinary clinic opening in September 2026 in a prime South Fraser Way location in Abbotsford, conveniently located next to Save-On-Foods.
We are currently seeking a dedicated, professional, and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments based on clients' functional needs and goals
- Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans
- Assist clients in improving independence with activities of daily living, work, leisure, and community participation
- Provide education, recommendations, and appropriate therapeutic interventions
- Complete functional assessments and develop appropriate return-to-work or activity recommendations, where applicable
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Communicate and collaborate with other healthcare professionals involved in the client's care
- Participate in multidisciplinary care planning when appropriate
- Provide education regarding injury prevention, health promotion, pacing, ergonomics, and functional independence
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as required
What You Bring We are looking for an Occupational Therapist who demonstrates:
- A professional and patient-centered approach to care
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team
- Genuine passion for helping clients regain independence and improve their quality of life
- Strong organizational, charting, and documentation skills
- Commitment to evidence-informed practice and continuous professional development
- Interest in establishing and growing a long-term practice within the clinic
Experience working with a variety of client populations, including orthopaedic injuries, concussion, chronic pain, mental health, return-to-work rehabilitation, or functional rehabilitation, would be considered an asset. Qualifications & Requirements
- Registered or eligible for registration with the appropriate regulatory body for Occupational Therapists in British Columbia
- Valid professional liability insurance
- Eligible to practise Occupational Therapy in British Columbia
- Previous clinical experience is an asset; however, recent graduates are also encouraged to apply
