- Review and track business transactions and activities for a given subset of the organization to ensure compliance with international regulations, laws, and ordinances.
- Identify and investigate sanction violations, conduct research on regulations causing violations, and collect evidence to determine root causes.
- Document and archive sanction violation incidents for future reporting, transaction processing, and reference for current business operations.
- Analyze risks associated with transactions and operations, determining appropriate solutions to address these risks.
- Stay informed about international law and sanction updates to keep the organization updated. This role is for an existing vacancy.
