Collaborate closely with Stock Associates and maintain a sharp focus on customer inquiries regarding service parts, shipping dates, and product issues. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining operational excellence and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

- Act as Manager on Duty when required
- Support and guide Stock Associate team members
- Respond to customer inquiries effectively
- Complete accurate weekly cycle counts
- Process incoming shipments and maintain stockroom organization Requirements:
- 1–3 years in retail operations or inventory management
- Solid customer service and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
