Your mission will be to enhance process efficiency and drive client satisfaction. In this role, you will work within IBM Consulting’s Client Innovation Centers, focusing on the Procure-to-Pay processes. A strong understanding of workflows, user role management, and system notifications will be essential as you support a wide array of clients. You will work closely with teams to implement improvements and optimize existing systems. Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate implementation of Oracle P2P processes
- Optimize and configure workflows and notifications
- Manage user roles and define approval workflows
- Analyze and test Oracle release upgrades
- Engage with clients to address process pain points Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree needed
- Experience in P2P process management
- Solid communication and consulting skills
- Knowledge of Oracle systems and configurations
