Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical Microbiology Analyst - Level 1 to join our team in Mississauga, Canada. In this position, you will play a crucial role in conducting microbiological analyses and supporting our laboratory operations.ResponsibilitiesPerform various microbiological tests and analyses on samples using standard laboratory techniquesPrepare culture media, reagents, and other materials required for microbiological testingPerform microbiological tests for finished products and raw materials not limited to MLT, Bioburden, Endotoxin testing, Antibiotic Potency Assay, AET, Sterility Testing and Disinfectant StudiesMaintain accurate and detailed records of all laboratory activities and test resultsOperate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionalityAssist in the development and optimization of microbiological testing methodsCollaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standardsContribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized laboratory environmentAdhere to all safety protocols and Positive Laboratory Practice (GLP) guidelinesParticipate in data analysis and interpretation of test resultsAssist in the preparation of reports and documentation for internal and external useQualificationsBachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biology,
