The incumbent may be requested by the company to participate in contract negotiations with aircraft customers and operators, and/or may be requested to resolve certain business or technical issues by identifying and recommending contract solutions.This is a full time position from Monday to Friday with flexible hours, based inLongueuil, and performed exclusively on-site.What will your day-to-day look like?Leads,



drafts and manages complex contracts in a global industry, in accordance with company policies and internal and external customer requests, schedules, and specificationsPrepares documentation for contract negotiations with aircraft customers and operatorsManages contractual relationships with internal clients and external aircraft customers and operatorsMaintains records associated with the preparation and review of contractsLeads contract analysis and prepares reports to ensure that documents are within negotiated and agreed-upon parametersWith the support of the Legal Department, advises the organization on issues concerning contract matters and provides contract solutionsAssists leadership with training requirements required by the companyLeads/manages multiple small- to medium-sized projectsDevelops and implements process improvements to enhance departmental performance and effectivenessWhat do you need to be successful?Professional degree in law, administration, business, finance (a degree in the paralegal field may also be considered)Seven (7) years experience in contract drafting and managementExcellent drafting skillsExperience with IT tools MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Strong interpersonal skills and a serious team playerStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage a heavy workload and aggressive timelinesWorks effectively under pressureThis position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis,
