Position Overview:

We’re seeking a friendly and motivated Part time Sales Associate who is comfortable around animals and enjoys helping customers. This role involves customer service, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on their feet during shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, knowledgeable manner
- Recommend appropriate products based on pet needs
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Stock shelves and rotate products (may require lifting up to 50 lbs)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store




- Assist with merchandising, displays, and inventory counts
- Follow store procedures and safety guidelines
- Occasionally interact with pets brought into the store

Requirements:

- Must be comfortable and confident around dogs, cats, and small animals
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs (30lbs regularly)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Available to work flexible hours (Shifts between 9am to 7pm), including weekends and holidays
- Previous retail experience is a plus, but not required
