Responsibilities

- Assist chefs with daily food preparation, including washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen workspace
- Perform dishwashing and uphold sanitation standards
- Receive, check, and properly store deliveries
- Support plating and service during peak dinner hours
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations

Qualifications

- Previous kitchen experience is an asset, but not required — training will be provided
- Strong work ethic with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen workplace
- Clear communication skills and reliability
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Availability for evenings and weekends
