YEG Xpanded is a fast-growing property management company based in Edmonton. We help landlords rent and manage their properties with professional support and powerful systems.

We’re hiring a motivated, high-energy Property Management Sales & Showings Agent to help grow our portfolio of rental properties across the Edmonton area.

Who Should Apply?

We are only reviewing applicants with proven sales experience, this is a mandatory requirement.

This role is best suited for someone who is:

- Energetic and people-focused
- Tech-savvy and confident on the phone or Zoom
- Comfortable doing in-person visits
- Available evenings and weekends when landlords are most responsive
- Looking for part time hours now, with a path to full-time if desired

Compensation

- No salary from the start; commission-based only
- Compensation starts immediately based on performance under our ISA commission schedule
- On average, agents who close 8 new landlord accounts per month earn approximately $2,400/month
- Ambitious agents can earn significantly more based on rent roll size, with bonuses up to $600 per door
- No cap on earnings - your income is tied directly to performance

Responsibilities

- Call, email, and message leads to qualify them and book meetings
- Conduct virtual consultations and explain our property management services




- Perform in-person walk-throughs, meet landlords, and collect property keys
- Support showings, landlord onboarding, and related property management support tasks
- Log activity and maintain accurate records in our CRM
- Follow up persistently and close warm leads
- Hit and exceed lead conversion and sales targets

Requirements

- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have proven sales experience (independent or commission-based preferred)
- Must have a valid driver’s license and your own vehicle
- Comfortable handling multiple in-person meetings and driving across the city daily
- Stamina and energy required to work in a high-activity role with client-facing duties
- Able to use CRM tools, Zoom, and digital communication apps confidently
- Professional, self-driven, and goal-oriented
- Available evenings and weekends (required)
- Must complete 4 hours of onboarding/training prior to handling live leads
