We are a busy, modern nail salon dedicated to high-quality nail services and exceptional guest experiences. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and organized individual to join our team as a Salon Assistant/Receptionist.

You will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring the salon stays pristine and our clients feel pampered. This is the perfect entry-level opportunity for beauty school students, or university/college students.

*What You Will Do

- Welcome guests: Greet clients warmly and manage the check-in/check-out process.
- Manage bookings: Answer phones, respond to emails, and schedule appointments using our salon software, Fresha.
- Support technicians: Prepare and clean workstations, manage towel laundry, and restock nail supplies.
- Maintain the space: Keep the reception/waiting area, work stations, sinks and washroom spotless and sanitized.
- Handle payments: Process cash and card transactions accurately. Open/close





*What We Are Looking For

- Experience: Previous customer service, retail, or reception experience is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication, strong multitasking abilities, and basic computer literacy.
- Availability: Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Attitude: A positive energy, professional appearance, and a passion for the beauty industry.
