Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Part-Time Restaurant Manager to lead our vibrant dining team. In this role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. Responsibilities

- Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, serving, and cleaning procedures
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold brand standards
- Manage food handling and safety protocols in compliance with health regulations
- Oversee cash handling, POS transactions (including Micros POS systems), and daily financial reconciliation
- Assist in interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluating staff to build a strong, cohesive team
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards and proper kitchen practices




- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and coordinating with suppliers when needed

Experience

- Proven supervising experience in a food service or restaurant environment
- Extensive food preparation, cooking, and kitchen experience with knowledge of food industry best practices
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Robust customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally
- Leadership experience in restaurant management or hospitality settings
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Previous experience in hotel or barista roles is a plus but not required
